In connection with the application from 25 May 2018, the so-called RODO, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the Protection of data), we wanted to provide you with information about the processing of personal data in connection with your use of the store's website www.vices.eu (hereinafter: the "Website"). Who is the administrator of your personal data?
The administrator of your personal data is Azagroup S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-
681)   at Al. Wyścigowa 6 (hereinafter: "Azagroup"). What data do we process and for what purpose?
 
The site uses cookies, so each time you enter the Site, we will collect data that includes your unique identifier. Until you create an account on the Website or use any other form on the Website, we will not be able to establish your identity.

making analyzes related to Users' traffic on the Website;
 
maintaining your session after logging in so that you do not have to re-enter login data after switching to individual subpages;

retargeting our ads, i.e. presenting you with content about us in advertising networks.
 
For the purposes of conducting analyzes related to Users' traffic, we use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google Ilc. based in the USA (hereinafter: "Google"). Google will not access any of your other data that would allow it to establish your identity.

We may also collect navigation data about your person, i.e. information about links and references that you have decided to click on, or about other activities undertaken on the Store's website, www.vices.eu. (we will call this data "Navigation data"). Navigation data will be collected to analyze your activity, your preferences, as well as to create your profile, which will allow us to optimally personalize the content presented on the Store's website. This profile will also include data that you provide to us when registering or when using the functionality of your account. Information regarding the processing of data in connection with making purchases via the Website, account registration or using other forms will be provided to you when performing these activities. This information will always be available on the Website - www.vices.eu. On what basis do we process data?
The basis for processing if you use cookies to analyze Users' activity, maintain the session, and adapt the content presented on the Website to your preferences is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by Azagroup. Our legitimate interest is to provide opportunities to optimize and improve the functionality of the Store


and increase the attractiveness of our offer, as well as to ensure that the Store's offer can be adapted
to the preferences of the Store's customers. The basis for processing when using cookies for
retargeting ads is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. your consent, which you give by entering the
Website without changing your browser settings.
Who do we share your data with?
The recipients of your personal data are: an entity providing us with tools for analyzing user activity, advertising networks with which we cooperate, entities providing us with their servers. However, these entities do not receive data that would allow them to establish your identity. How long will we keep your data?
As regards the use of cookies for the purpose of analyzing activity, maintaining sessions or adapting the content presented on the Website to your preferences, we will store data for the period in which these services will be provided and, in justified cases, after their termination, but only if it is allowed or required by applicable law (e.g. processing for statistical purposes or for the purpose of redress). In this case, the data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the respective purposes.
In terms of advertising retargeting, the data will be processed by us until you withdraw your consent
 
to the processing of cookies (withdrawal of consent consists in changing the settings of your
cookies in the web browser you use).
What rights do you have?
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it and delete it, as well as to request restriction of processing.
If the processing is based on our legitimate interest, you can also object to data processing (including profiling) for reasons related to your particular situation.
You can withdraw your consent to the use of cookies at any time by changing your browser settings. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing we have carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.
If you find that the processing of personal data is not in compliance with the provisions, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Will we transfer your data outside the EEA?
In connection with our use of Google Analytics, your cooperation with advertising networks may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. The basis for the transfer is the European Commission decision of 12 July 2016 stating the appropriate level of data protection in the "Privacy Shield" program.

At the moment, we do not plan to transfer your data to any other extent outside the European Economic Area. If something changes in this matter, the current information will be available at www.vices.eu
Will automated decision making occur during processing?
In the course of data processing, there will be no automated decision making that will have legal effects on you or otherwise affect you significantly.
However, we can create profiles of people using the Store's website to personalize the content presented on the Website (which we described in earlier fragments of this information).
